It's gonna be one of those days...

Well, my eyes popped open at about 4 this morning thinking...WOW, the kids didn't wake up at all tonight and Mason stayed in his bed all night long. How lucky am I? Not but 1 hour later Jaxon was in my room throwing up, Mason had developed a terrible cough and Brooklynn and the baby are as cranky as they come. And just to top it all off, Jon said his foot was beginning to hurt. I then kicked myself for jinxing us. So, everyone is home sick from school and work and I have locked myself in my room to do some blogging (more venting) but I doubt I'll be in here for very long. My dad had surgery yesterday and everything went well and they should be on their way home right now. Hopefully he takes it easy and can recover this time without any major problems. We took Brooklynn to another Audiologist yesterday because she failed yet another hearing test. Surprise, surprise, she failed this one too. The audiologist thinks she has fluid in her ears and in order to nip this in the bud he wants her to get tubes. He believes that this will all but fix her hearing issues, so she has an appointment with the ENT on Monday and I'm sure a trip to the OR will follow. Mason also has an appointment with the ENT as well, our Pediatrician wants him to get his tonsils out because they seem to hinder his breathing and he snores terribly. So, I think February is going to be just as busy, if not busier than January has been. Just a little update, I will let you all know more when I do.
